I wanted to make some more arctic troopers and I threw this one together. I changed the paint scheme a little bit to make it a little darker, but left the parka the same orange color. This figure sat on my desk for at least a month and I had no idea who I wanted it to be.

I was looking at my older figure on my shelf and I saw Blizzard. I thought he was a character with a bad helmet but really cool hair. So my new arctic trooper is Blizzard.
