RoC MARS Officer with 25th Cobra officer web gear

This was made for the very last RAMJet Super Enduro Moto Challenge. I wanted the SPHINX sponsored RAMJet to have a pilot who made snese but could also be replaced if something happened in the race. I wanted it to be a trooper level character indistinguishable from their replacement. I also wanted to it be as playable as possible whihc led me to the MARS officer. Since it was cheaper to get the 3 pack with the MARS troopers I was able to build the SPHINX army.
