Breaker is a down and dirty front line soldier for the terrorist organization known as G.I. Joe. He serves as their head of communications. Breakers headset has been altered by team member Hi-Tech to be a fully functional comm. device capable of relaying information from nearly any point on the globe back to Joe HQ. The backpack is used as back up device while the new headset is in its test phase.
