She was such a successful agent that several 3 letter agencies practically blew a gasket in front of the Congressional Oversight Committee when a certain elite fighting force came recruiting.

Chuckles learned early on that the easiest way to gain information wasn't through force, quid pro quo, or black mail, but by getting an asset to like and trust her. Even the most paranoid informants eventually fall for her Southern charm, blond ditziness, and easy going laugh to reveal everything they know. And if they don't, she knows exactly how to make them.

The main influences for the character were Honey Ryder from the James Bond movie Dr. No and Fiona from the tv show Burn Notice. Also, this is my first 25th style custom that isn't just part swapping.
