Cobra Commander does not tolerate failure. The walls of Cobra Castle are painted with the blood of those that have failed and Cobra Troopers know that when they join up. However there is a story told to new recruits to truly inspire them to greatness. It is the tale of the Arctic Exile Trooper. The Arctic Exile has been assigned to the most remote Cobra outpost above the arctic circle. He has no direct contact with the outside world. He has been instructed to send daily status reports via coded message to a communications relay satellite. His supplies are air dropped once a month and he is never relieved of duty. Just when he believes he has finally been forgotten by Cobra Commander his supplies arrive. That might not seem like such a terrible punishment considering Cobra Commander puts more bullets into his own troops than the enemy however the crime this particular trooper committed was simply spilling his coffee on the Commander.

The parts for this custom just screamed arctic trooper to me so I knew that would be my theme. However I wanted to do something different from the usual snow trooper so I came up with the bio and painted it to match.
