Dreadhead Chaz first caught Zartan's attention in a bar brawl in Mississippi. Zartan was amazed by the level of craziness and brutality Chaz possessed. Chaz was offered a position on the Noks right on the spot. After many failed attempts, Cobra was still trying to develop a space program. Zartan approached the Noks for volunteers, Chaz was the first. Outfitted with a custom rocket bike, Chaz is now a menace where no man has gone before.
