I know this figure is almost not even a custom, but I have had this idea for a LONG time. I love the two Brazil Python Patrol figures, and this figure, in a way, is an homage to these. I also like the filecards that came with those figures, so I tried my best to write a little kooky for this figure. Though he is simple, I really like the results.
