Firefly, the best saboteur/mercenary money can buy. His voice is low, his stance and build threatening, and his stare is menacing. His array of weapons is astonishing. His knowledge of explosives is nightmarish. His fighting styles are almost that of a chameleon, his style changes depending on the opponent.

Many different stories have circulated over the years regarding Firefly's origin. Some say he is actually connected to certain GI Joe members in the past, involving assassination contracts. Others claim he is a ninja, who grew tired of the martial arts and the discipline it required. There are some stories around of him being a fun loving family man, until a chance encounter with GI Joe changed him forever. Those reports seem to hold the most truth, as there have been some attempts to track down the money he makes from his contracts, one source indicated the money was being filtered to ay the hospital bills of a small boy who was injured in an attack by GI Joe, and put into a coma.

Most others have come to the conclusion that Firefly himself spreads these stories to cover up his identity, and to add more aura to the legend he has created for himself. He is a relentless machine, and will stop at nothing to get his job done and fulfill whatever contract or word he has given.

One thing is certain about Firefly; he will always give his best, and has yet to fail.

Entire figure was first rit dyed black, then added the gray afterwards. Mixed some different colors to achieve the shade of green used on the torso, and mixed metal colors to achieve the metal look without making it to bright.

I think the torso makes the figure, the collar being up like that really makes him look mean.

With Firefly, I tried to make him the equivalent of what Snake eyes is in the actual Joe canon, a superb fighter/commando, while still keeping his mercenary status, but without all the ninja mumbo jumbo.
