General Oberst Hildebrandt is a true Aryan general. After attending Offiziers Kandidaten Schule in New Berlin, he climbed through the ranks and now is the kommandant of Offiziers Kandidaten Schule. He is second in command along side Der Grobe Kaiser der Welt. He is one of the best strategists the NAZI's have.
