This custom came about from all of the ideas that were discarded after putting together the Night Viper. When combined I liked the Jack the Ripper look but needed a good purpose for him. The Hale rocket launcher looked like an interesting enough period weapon to base a custom around. I went with Hale-Storm over the name my dad came up with, X-plode.
