Destro sometimes still works with Cobra to fight G.I. Joe. One day when both Destro and Cobra Commander were in an extraordinarily positive mood they came up with the Trooper Exchange Program. This program was invented to make both armies cooperate better in allied operations against G.I. Joe by exchanging troopers. Letting them fit in with the "other" army (IG or Cobra) helps the other soldiers learn more about the different tactics Cobra and the Iron Grenadiers use in battle. This should make them fight more effectively alongside each other!

Just a complete repaint of the Sonic Viper, but I had to remove the Cobra sigil from the waist since this is a Iron Grenadiers trooper. I opted for a decal on that belt buckle, but I didn't have one that small. The Annihilator did have a Destro belt buckle so I dremeled that one off of his waist which was a pretty precise job. Glued it onto the Viper waist and voila!
I simply could've used the entire Annihilator waist, but that just didn't look right.
