Lobstah was Cobra Sea Slug who survived the Venomazation process. He quickly saw which way the wind was blowing and offered his services to Golobulus. Because he was a full-blooded human before the procedure he is not a complete diehard luddite like his compatriots. They indulge his whimsy because he was essential in defeating the world’s naval fleets and continues to be proficient hunting remnants of human coastal and island survivors.

Years ago I made an o-ring CRABS figure based on the figure shown on the box art for the unproduced Battle Rangers version of the TTBP (that turned out to be a misinterpretation of what would have been Dr Mindbender from that same year). I’ve been wanting to do a modern figure build, but didn’t want to copy what I had done previously, right down to wanting to invert the colors. Character wise, I wanted someone who was sort of like Major Bludd or Firefly who was in it for his own gain and not as a true believer.
