When the GI Joe team was reinstated a new subdivision was created called the DSE (Domestic Security Enforcement). The DSE investigates any terrorist activity, especially Cobra, within the continental United States. Selected to lead the DSE was the Shockwave, this meant there was an opening for a new door kicker. And Long Arm is that new door kicker. Long Arm began his career on the LAPD Swat team, and loves nothing more than to be the one to kick a door off its hinges and charge into a fire fight. He's fast with a tactical mind and a sharp eye, which he needs because while the bad guys are shooting at him from the front, his DSE teammates are blasting their way in from behind!
