James McCullen is the owner and CEO of Military Armaments Research Syndicate, Industries. A legitimate weapons manufacturer that has a dark secret. He is also the leader of MARS. A whisper of an army that helps those that seek to cause chaos and destruction. In truth McCullen will send his MARS soldiers to help cause the fighting, then sell weapons to countries and armies to fight them off. He plays off both sides for pure profit and no real desire to rule. McCullen when working as the MARS Leader will wear a metal mask that is a tradition of the McCullen family.

I figured to play up the whole MARS angle that the Club has been setting up. So I decided to make Destro's dad. He needed his kilt and added the sash and cape to help break up the chest.
