The Night Viper legion of the Cobra Empire is composed of the ultimate nocturnal predators. First and foremost they are ferocious soldiers. They are taught Greco-Roman wrestling as well as other mystic close encounter methods. They are excellent shots and possess superb prey stalking skills. In addition, they are outfitted with gadgets that further advance these skills. They have a tiger eye image intensifier implant that allows them to see on a moonless night in the thickest jungle. They use directional echo-locators tuned with a Tesla radio signal in the 20,000 hertz range to pin point prey. Finally, they wear a device that conduces olfaction while reducing respiration. Unlike the typical thugs and brutes that compose most of the Cobra Empire's ground forces, Night Vipers are regimented soldiers trained to kill in the pitch black of night.
