The RED SCARES are the physiological ware fare troops of the RED SHADOWS. They are experts in fear and manipulation and specialize in terrorizing large groups of people. They can whip up a stampede in just about any public area and use it to the Red Shadows tactical advantage. They can cause a diversion, take hostages, or just carry out attacks meant to destabilize their target. Red Scares can enter an public place with there well hidden compact weapon and move about undetected until they are ready to strike. Then when they launch there attack they don black masks and bring there weapons to the ready and begin their assault.

I wanted to try something different this year like I always do with the blind pull figure so I made this one using only things I got on the sales floor at the con (aside from the paint). The Vector SMG came from my good friends at Marauder Inc. and that snazzy jacket came from my boy Killumuati at Urbanrevtoys. Both of these items were given to me so they continued the theme of a random pull of items. Once I had the red jacket in hand it was pretty much predefined that I was going to end up with a Red Shadows figure.
