No way was Rumbler going to miss a Super Joe Cart race. The high stakes; the smell of oil, burnt rubber, and smoke; and the chance to show up Cobra on wolrdwide televised programming (check your local listings); of course he was going to do it. He just needed to make some modifications first. A littler armor plating here. A couple of missiles there. A 5.7 ultra light HEMI engine there, and finally he was ready to take on all comers.

I have been using a variation of this figure as Rumbler since the PoC desert Footloose set was released. The camo pattern on that figure with the brown vest looked more like Rumbler than Footloose.
