Scimitar

Covert Assault Trooper

Real Name: Shimtar, Fadi

Nationality: Israeli

PMF: Anti-Terrorism

SMF: Covert Operations

Birthplace: Gaza Strip

For nearly his whole life, Fadi Shimtar was engulfed by violence. It became a way of life for him, as vital and necessary as oxygen itself. As soon as he could, the young man joined the military fighting for his own opinion of what was right. His talents in the field were quickly realized and within five years of joining, he was a member of the ultra top-secret Israeli Special Forces group, The Mossad. He found his niche there, dropping deep undercover and fighting terrorism at it's roots.

Although The Mossad took most of his time, the young man found time for love and met and married his high school sweetheart. His first love was always his team, and that's where he spent a good deal of his time, now practically at war with the vicious terrorist group, Bin Laden. Although The Mossad went to great detail to hide the identities of it's top secret agents, loopholes were there, and without warning, Fadi's identity was revealed. During dinner to celebrate his newly wedded wife's pregnancy, disaster struck.

As they walked home from the restaurant, they were brutally attacked in a hail of gunfire. Fadi pushed his wife out of the way and pulled his own weapon, giving chase. Thankfully, his wife was uninjured and he ordered her to stay put as he pursued the attackers. Crouch-walking through an alley, his Glock drawn and ready, Fadi's highly tuned ears picked up the tell-tale scuffle of approaching footsteps. He heard his name in a muffled tone and spun and fired as his training told him to; a quick double-tap to the center of the mass and a third shot to the head. He gasped as he saw his own pregnant wife slump to the concrete in a puff of crimson. As he dropped to his knees, the low chuckle of victorius terrorists echoed in the dark, cool night.

Not long after, the men were caught in a Mossad sting operation. Scimitar barely held his rage in check, and was immediately thrown of the team for almost brutally assassinating one of the men. He was disgraced, guilt-ridden and alone. But he vowed to have the last word. To his shock and dismay, the two men who had orchestrated his wife's murder by his own hands were given amnisty in exchange for testimony against the higher ups in Bin Laden. That was not nearly enough for Fadi Shimtar. Without hesitation, the former Mossad tracked down the safehouse through his old connections and made his assault. Three Mossad members were killed and the two terrorists seemed to disappear into the dark of night. Fadi went with them.

From the files of Warhorse: "Some of these men come from nowhere. I ask no questions and get told no lies. Scimitar appeared one night like the tell-tale glisten of a silvery blade. He is silent but determined and will do whatever it takes to make him forget the sins of his past. He may be the one guy that's not in it for the money, but for the thrill of the fight, and the way it erases all other worries. I don't know why, but I trust him. One of the few men in this world that I can say that about..."
