I started putting together my Alley Viper led Urban Assault Squad somewhere in 2012. The 93 Alley-Viper is one of my favorites as is Rock-Viper 89. I thought it would be cool to have Rock-Vipers as urban snipers and rooftop entry guys, but wanted an entire team.

Shock Vipers weren't my first choice. I had originally plan on using a SAW Viper but, after researching modern SWAT specialties, machine gunner didn't fit the urban environment. I liked the concept of the original Shock Viper, but his specialty as another flamethrower trooper left me cold. But with the Pursuit of Cobra Shock Trooper, I decided to use these guys as the door kickers of the urban team. Ice Cream Soldier having yellow parts also didn't hurt.
