TanCada are genetically designed as a beasts of burdon. They are organic creatures spliced with Decepticon technology. They are used for larva harvesting, spore drone transport, and armored defense of the hive. Another creature built for battle,
but now in service to the hive. TanCada share nearly 100% DNA with the hive maintenance drones (beetles) and their overseers the Aspidites.

BIO-spore harvest drones alos known as suckerpods are genetical hybrid of alien species with squid. Their main function is to seek out and collect spores.
