The Ursus is one of the Ouroboros Facility's newest creations. A mobile missile launch platform, the Ursus is agile enough to negotiate rugged terrain and strong enough to withstand direct hits from most forms of personal weapons systems, from assault rifles to smaller shoulder-fired rocket launchers. Designed and built by the Ouroboros project's Weapons Development branch, the Ursus is a prototype. Once it has been thoroughly tested and perfected, it can be mass-produced on-site in the Ouroboros Facility.

This is probably the first vehicle custom I've ever actually finished. The first thing that popped into my head as soon as I got one of the AMP suits on clearance was the idea of losing the arms and mounting Mean Dog missile pods on the shoulders. The articulation on the shoulders has been retained: the pods slide back and forth and swivel up and down so they can target independently.
