Just saw these at Walmart in the "Adventure Force" area.

They are heavy solid vinyl, priced at $8.88 and larger than the $30-ish Schleich figurines. There is limited articulation- all have hinged jaws while some have swivel forelimbs, the Carnotaurus has swivel hips and the Diliphasaurus has hinged neck frills.

The last image has a 4" figure for scale.

those look great for walmart brand! they are upping there game for sure! i wish they would start a 4" figure war with the big names.
