I thought it was the 2002 JvC version but when I looked it up on YoJoe, the box isn't right. '02 is the only year it was released for JvC, right?

Yes, that is the international release that came later, so it shares package design similar to 2003. It think they hit TRU Canada, but there are 5(?) languages there and iirc they were released in other continents as well.

It has the same green package style as the Spy Troops stuff which threw me off.

That's why it threw me off. It looked like Spy Troops but only has the JvsC markings on it. I threw it up on Ebay and said as best I can tell, it's an international version of the 2002 release. Thanks for the help, guys.
