Flag Points/Battle Points for Doc mail in?

are flag points as well as battle points being accepted for the doc promotion? doesnt seem to mention flag points on the website or mail in form. thanks

My understanding is that Flag Points are only redeemable for the extra Doc figs you might want, but not for the first one that requires the stickers.

That was my understanding as well, AV. However, before I do it, I can't seem to find any official statement on it. A lot of assumptions, including my own, but until there is an official statement from Hasbro I'm leary of sending off 100s of Flag Points to never get back if I'm wrong.

Here's the order form for multiples. Halfway down it lists the Battle Points needed for extra figs. I don't think there's a speedy avenue to get clarification from Hasbro if Flag points are good as well. But, frankly, if they're not good here they'll likely never be good for anything so you're really not risking a whole lot, imho.

Thanks. I looked over that form and the website and cant find anything that mentioned Flag Points, so I guess I'll just hang on to them.

I think they're worth hanging onto, just as the Battle Points were a few years ago. I never expected those to be honored, and we may be suprised one day to see that FPs too, are being accepted.

I dunno. There's a big difference between redeeming points from a line that ended not even 2 years ago made by many of the same people still on the Joe team and points from a line that's been dead for 13 years (and the same prolly goes for many of the employees from that time as well). I think the fact they didn't specify on this Doc order form means they don't think there's enough people out there with enough Flag points to worry about, really.

True 'dat. Flag points take up so little space that holding on to them is not a big deal.

You could always call Hasbro CS and ask. Might work.

Hasbro is many things, but I've always found that their CSRs are friendly enough.
