That said, I voted no. I have never subscribed to the FSS. I'm not anti-club. I think that most of what they do is pretty cool. They have hits and stinkers along the way but in the end it comes down to cost for me. At 30$ per figure plus shipping to Canada and the crappy exchange rate, I'm looking at closer to 40-45$ per figure. At that price I can buy all the fodder I need to make these myself with more than enough parts left over to make several more figures. Plus, I get to enjoy the "making them" part.

If there was an option of just "Yes" without the "I'll buy anything" jabs that's what my vote would be.

The general "anti-Club" vibe on this site is starting to get a bit off-putting to me. I know its not the intention but the feeling I'm getting from any Club related topics is that if you like and buy from the Club you're a sucker. Like I said, I know that's not the intention (of most members) but that's the vibe I've been getting recently. I know the Club does some stupid things and I've called them out on some of it. And yes they make some unpopular decisions when it comes to their product and its fine to point that out. But when most of what you see is "that's garbage" and "I'd never pay money for that" over and over it starts to wear you down.

I like a lot of what the Club is doing and buy a lot of their product. But I'm afraid to show my support here because I think its just going to fall on deaf ears. It seems like all anyone wants to do is "LASER BLAST" on the Club and tear down everything they do and that's not fair. Are they perfect? No but what company is? The Club is putting out just as much if not more effort than Hasbro to keep the Joe brand alive and seeing all this negativity spewed in their direction just doesn't sit with me any more.

I like and buy a lot of what the Club puts out. Their convention sets and souvenirs have become a centerpiece of my collection. I love seeking out and adding other figures and vehicles to round out these sets. Some of those figures are in this new FSS and I can't wait to add them to my collection. I just wish the vibe around Club topics here was less negative.

I actually think this is the strongest FSS yet. Inferno BAT, Barricade, Bullhorn and several of the others are must-own for me. Law is a must-own for my wife, but that's a different story.

As for the newest reveal...I actually really love Sneak Peek and like the figure more every time I see a picture of him pop up.

And, yeah, MS, you're right--there's a lot of anti-Club people on this board. And in the fandom in general. Honestly, I'm one of them, because I don't really think they care about their customers and their prices are absurd. But the figures in the subs have overall been really well done, I think. I think Keel Haul is probably the one I like the least, due to the jacket looking bad. I try to just let people like what they like, though--so sorry if I've been offensive to you. I loved the Iron Man Assemblers line, so I know my taste doesn't count for much.

I have a positive club story. I bought the Tiger Force 3 pack convention set and it was missing the file card for Skystriker. I sent a friendly email inquiring if it was possible to get one. They emailed back promptly and 2 weeks later I had the file card.

I didn't do FSS 1 as cost, did 2 and 3 and was pleased with them, sold off the ones form 2 I didn't want,still have all of 3 but there's 2 I'd possibly part with but 4 just has nothing I like besides law,outbacks head and interrogators head too so I'm out for FSS 4, they use to many of the same parts over just being painted, there doesn't really need to be anymore figures with the shock trooper parts or the snake eyes perfect figures legs for a bit in My Opinion

So if the club makes something I don't like, I just shouldn't say anything when the topic comes up? Why exactly? because it hurts peoples feelings that do like the toy? I have no problem with anyone liking whatever they want to like, I have no problem with anyone spending however much money on an "exclusive" repaint that they want to spend. The only problem I have ever had with any of this is the people coming out and trying to tear down my opinion on the subject. Over the years though those people have become fewer and fewer, you know since the "club" has been chasing away more and more of their own clientele. Maybe I didn't need to post this at all, maybe I just need to wait another year for there to be even less people to tell me I am a bad joe fan for not supporting the only people trying to get joes out to me. at triple the cost.. with very little effort or thought to their design.. and hardly any new parts...
Maybe I am a bad fan because I have only gone to (gasp) one con. I have the right to not like the club, they have provided me plenty of reason to. When they do do a figure I like I tend to buy it. I'll even gladly talk about how much I like it, when it comes up. but we are a point where a poorly done club tiger force outback costs more than my vintage one.For the kind of money i takes to be a member and buy all of their products one would expect a bit more.

but no matter what you think of think of me as a poster on this board, or any other, I have never seen anyone say YOU shouldn't buy X, YOU shouldn't support Y. Heck the only people I have seen on this board go away for good and been treated roughly are the various scammers that got ousted. If you love the club then good, I am glad for you. but the majority of fandom does not. so when the topic comes up there will always be more people not liking it, then liking it. but please don't act like JC some place that harbors intolerance and just goes about bashing the poor helpless club.

I don't consider it anti-club. it's just a certain level of expectancy that I want. For the amount the figures cost, getting a full set of 13 figures I really don't want is like using $350 to light a campfire. Although lighting the campfire might get more more of something I'd want...

More power to the people who are fine with what's been shown, it's not my place to expect others to feel the same as I do. I'm just not liking this one. I went all in on the last 3 and most I still haven't even opened. I'll just skip this one and hope for something better on the next go around. No matter what people may think, they will do another one and maybe actually put some extra effort into it if the sales are low on this one.

I just feel they are in the idea that we all will just buy anything at this point. These are GREAT Dollar General figures or something for retail. Just not good figure for top dollar collecting.

I hate the phrasing of this poll.....That said, I pretty much will buy anything Joe related. In the past, I have skipped some items/sets, only to go back later and have to buy them at inflated secondary prices. I have learned, even if somewhat underwhelmed, to go ahead and purchase when I have the chance.....I can always sell it later. Often times, that has been the case.
