I got Valkyrie off Amazon yday, and she's kinda Meh. The sword is uselessly rubbery, the Shulkie knees still have that weird-ass flange, and I hate the 'one braid in front and one in back' thing. Think I'm gonna try to graft Legolas' hair on her w/ the braids coming out from under it, and fab up armor bits that aren't just paint.

That leaves three more figures (four if you include the variant of one of those three) that I'll let someone else reveal. One is X-men related, the other two are part of the Spidey-verse.

I wouldn't be surprised by Big Time Spider-Man. Once I saw the Marvel Legends version, I was surprised it took this long to get the figure knowing how much Hasbro loves to release Spider-Man figures.

Assuming the Beast is the pre-cat blue Beast, and my guess is that it almost certainly is if there is a grey variant, that would be a welcome addition. The Super Hero Showdown version holds up decently well even today, though the face is a bit off, and it could certainly use an update. That would leave Doctor Octopus and Mole Man as the only two SHS figures not properly represented in Hasbro 4" lines.

Found Cloak and Dagger (together at last) at my TRU. They also had an Aurora. I never understood why we got the Marvel Knights (aka Cloak & Dagger) running change, but not the Alpha Flight (aka Aurora & Northstar) running change.

Wonder if it will take four years like the other Scanning Trooper.

Because they killed MU in favor of MI in the middle of the production run.

Also, what is different about "modern" Sandman compared to Classic Sandman? I didn't have any success finding any reference to an updated costume from the green striped shirt. Maybe "classic" is referring to the old Frightful Four costume, and the regular version is the green striped shirt costume?

My theory is that "sand effect" version doesn't sound as good as "classic." Or green striped versus green and black striped shirt versions.

The original source said more were listed in the system like Northstar, Colossonaut, Executioner. Then he again stopped short to "not spoil Hasbro's SDCC". Jeez he works for Walmart NOT Hasbro! I'm sure he is in training to list next year's JoeCon set. :rolleyes:
