Technically leg articulation too, as the upper thigh joint is no longer present (not that every figure used that anyway). Honestly, if articulation must be cut, I almost feel like I'd rather have the feet be part of the lower leg rather than losing the wrist joint.

I guess my Super Hero Showdown Beast may not be getting replaced after all. That head sculpt is not good at all, and this is a figure that needs the added articulation.

Sandman is probably the only high priority figure I really want now, though I might get Black Cat and Bishop if I can find them. Black Cat is ok, though the head sculpt isn't very good. Bishop doesn't look bad, but the sculpt feels more like one of the Amazing Spider-Man comic series figures than a Marvel Universe sculpt.

Overall, not an inspiring direction for the line. Then again, I'm amazed that the line hasn't been cancelled considering no major retailers will carry it, no matter how important the Marvel license is.

That is terrible news and a terrible decision. Then again, these never show up in stores, so I guess it doesn't matter that much. I don't care as much about the ab articulation, as I think it's distracting and not really useful on most figures, but the wrist articulation will be missed.

Also, Beast looks awkward. They all kind of look "off" without that articulation, and I've never even been a huge fan of that ab articulation, like I said. It took them five years to figure out how to make the figures look good with the current articlation. I wonder how long it will take to make them look good with the new standard.

Those upper legs really look like they'll be popping out at the slightest manipulations like the early black costume Spidey.

I don't mind some of the lack of articulation. The ab swivel and upper thigh is no biggie, I do like to have swivel wrists and the waist movements. If these are what they are they should go back to 7.99 or so. I do like Beast, black cat and bishop for the most part but bishop is too small. I will buy some of the legends though

Only one I kind of want is Sandman, but I'll have to customize him to make those lower arms swappable.

Beast and Bishop look way too cartoony and the loss of articulation really hurts figures like Spidey, Beast and Black Cat (though I might get her for custom fodder).

Deth of the line!

Not so good news for Marvel Infinite. Hasbro lied to us about not changing anything from Universe and are cutting articulation.

I just got
Deathlok and ant man and I am pretty disappointed. Deathlok is 7 feet tall like warpath, and antman is skinny and also too tall..

well 15 pts of articulation for beast isn't horrible, so I don't have a problem. Bishop is too small but I will get as well as Beast and Black Cat, don't care about . Wave 2 only care bout Shanna and maybe DD

Losing the wrist articulation doesn't bother me.

The upper arm swivel? THAT bothers me.

(Whoops, did I misread that?) :-(

I'd say I feel the opposite. The upper arm swivel is largely duplicated with the swivel elbow joint, and the new joint is probably more stable and less fragile anyway. The lack of wrist articulation tends to limit the figure to (at most) one decent pose.

The panel reveals didn't really wow me either, and I may just drop this line entirely too. I've gotten most of the characters I want out of it.

Lucky.
I still have yet to see a single Infinite figure, in person, that wasn't purchased online.

Target has had them for awhile around me but just in the last three weeks or so have I seen anyone other than Cap/Iron Man.

TRU just started carrying them.
