Starts here. They're cutting ab and wrist articulation.
http://marvelousnews.com/ig.php?mode=vi ... 0&sl=17847Technically leg articulation too, as the upper thigh joint is no longer present (not that every figure used that anyway). Honestly, if articulation must be cut, I almost feel like I'd rather have the feet be part of the lower leg rather than losing the wrist joint.
I guess my Super Hero Showdown Beast may not be getting replaced after all. That head sculpt is not good at all, and this is a figure that needs the added articulation.
Sandman is probably the only high priority figure I really want now, though I might get Black Cat and Bishop if I can find them. Black Cat is ok, though the head sculpt isn't very good. Bishop doesn't look bad, but the sculpt feels more like one of the Amazing Spider-Man comic series figures than a Marvel Universe sculpt.
Overall, not an inspiring direction for the line. Then again, I'm amazed that the line hasn't been cancelled considering no major retailers will carry it, no matter how important the Marvel license is.
