Of the four packs the Wally had when I was there, not a one had Dusty with his web gear.

Kmart by me (Walnutport PA) has vehicles at $13 only thing that's there is about 7 Hiss Tanks... It is actually extra incentive to try to find work. so I can snag two or three more.

My walmart restocked joes yesterday, not sure why, but they are all the stormshadow in white and snake eyes in black wave.

Fred Meyers (one of the Kroger's affiliates, so check those too) has the DVD packs for 50% off (about $11 with tax). Still stuck on the first wave around here, though.
