FYI the Flying thing, I bought it, it's crap, its like a 1/32nd scale version. It's not worth 27.99$
Stay away, it also as detailed as normal Mattel figure lines, meaning its not!

I saw the figures tonight at a Suncoast. Not worth paying $10 for, but I definitely will be buying some of these - especially the female pilot (forgot her name). Was a little disappointed seeing the wheelchair - it looks pretty flimsy. Maybe out-of-package it looks good, but in-package it doesn't look good.

Pretty much all GI Joe aircraft and larger ground vehicles are made at some smaller scale (except in areas where figures sit) due to costing and practicality concerns.

Can you take some photos for it? Because so long as a pilot figure fits into it reasonably well and the aircraft isn't comically small compared to the average 3'3/4 inch figure, then it's business as usual.

EDIT: OH, the cockpit cannot fit bulkier figures?

Nabbed the airship and the mech. And a few figs. Everything is smaller than I thought it would be. This isn't that big a deal, except this stuff is expensive for what you get. $10 a figure with one (rubbery) accessory and a stand. (I also got the TRU exclusive SS and Benchpress who at $8 come with more bang for the buck.) The $27 airship is about the same size as the Cobra Gunship but with larger tail wings and of course big honking rotors on the sides. It's pretty cool looking; like the dropship in Aliens it has a cool mix of realistic details on a futuristic. Those of you saying you'll wait for a sale or a clearance, I can't blame you.

Well then my list literally is down to the mech and the figure with the wheelchair. Really appreciate all the info in this thread guys.

I was at TRU today and saw some figures, but they were really big, like 5-6 inches tall.

Are there two sizes/lines?

There are two lines, a six inch and a 3.75.

yeah while $27 is a bit expensive, the airship is pretty badass(remember the "LASER BLAST" cobra airship is over 20). The cockpit is kinda small, but it will fit a 25th joe. It would be way more awesome if the missile were removable, but it's still pretty cool. It actually could work without the prop blades too if you wanted to go for a more "aliens" look. The mech is pretty cool too, but the hands are crappy for holding the weapons it comes with...

Are there any pictures besides the promotional ones floating around on the internet of this gunship thing?

You can see here the drastic difference in size between figure lines. (I think wheel chair guy would make a great Hawk Jr. or some other teenage character.)

Ripcord will fit though it's a little tight.
