We have five "winning" dates. I was going to propose setting up a one-week run-off poll to see if with about two weeks now behind us, people's availability may have changed (thereby narrowing down our choices)... unless you and Millsy feel that the hall is so in demand months beforehand that we'll only get one (or two) of those five dates. Otherwise, we'll need to set up a run-off poll anyway comprising the dates on which Millsy determines that the hall is available.

Understood. I was going off what Millsy stated earlier about the hall getting booked up due to demand. I figured Millsy could take the 5 winning dates and see what of them is available from the hall management and then we can vote on those dates.

"The hall fills up fast folks. Only day available out of the five top picks was July 17th 2010. Booked the hall from 9am till 9pm so we have plenty of time available to us. Mark your calendars now!"
