Well went today & of course there were 2x Juggernauts & a Colossus. No Havok because I bought him yesterday. I don't see why you aren't supposed to when I am obviously going to buy something. I know in the past there were scalper problems. However all of my area Targets no longer have those scalper warning signs(only one per customer) anymore. I think the economy wiped most of the scalpers out.
The annoying thing is there are now 5x of Extremis Iron Man & 5x of House of M Spider-Man.

I went to Target and they had an entire endcap filled with this line. I hadn't seen that many in one spot before.

I hope they have a sale on them. I'd like to pick up a few more Red Hulks for some Bio Viper and Monstro Viper updates. Might even grab a Green Hulk to make a Venomous Maximus.

They seem to have been $6.99 for a while now.

I've only gotten a few of these (Black Widow, Luke Cage, Ronin, that army builder ninja guy, Red Hulk, and another one).

And Star Wars EU wave brought them right back. Seriously there were guys grabbing 4 cases worth at once in some locations.

But also on Evilbay there are more "Variant" auctions than of the regular, and not a one has a starting price that is reasonable, oh and the ever present "RARE" in the title too.

When there are none on the pegs because they are all in a scalpers garage they are "rare"...at least for the rest of us...lol
