Wow! I'm so glad there are finally Cap, Ironman, and Thor figures available!

.....Hulk looks neat, though.

You know that Hulk is going to be ruined by the action feature. I can tell by the way he's packaged that the articulation is going to be hampered by his "smash attack". Since it has a torso hinge I'm guessing his arms are spring-loaded - pull back and watch him smash.

the only figures i'm interested in are hawkeye (x1) and widow (x many) ... of course, i will only find one hawkeye, and only one widow, which means i will blow a gasket at this toyline.

there. 2012. i've planned it all out.

Thats exactly what I was thinking.

I need the Hawkeye and Black Widow figures to go with the myriad of Cap, IM, Hulk, War Mach, and the one Fury I already have.

I really just want Loki as I never found the "King Loki" from the "Thor" line and at least 1 Black Widow. The rest of the line is a huge pass for me unless something really unexpected and cool pops up like figures of whichever alien race Loki is using as his foot soldiers (Skrulls? The shapeshifters from "The Ultimates"?).

Pretty sure it'll be the Skrulls. I think the Ultimates aliens were the Chitauri, but they really aren't very distinctive, and much less recognizeable. The only way I see them getting used is if the rights to the Skrulls are somehow tied up in with the FF movie rights. I think some of the prop weapons that have been seen in shooting pics have looked similar in design to Skrull gear too.

The Chitauri were Skrulls, that's another name for them. Can't remember which one they considered insulting...

Anyways, those deluxe figures look less than appealing.

Yeah, that Hulk looks like a knock-off toy company made it out of Play-Doh.

I really hope that these figures look a lot better in person, so far I am less than impressed.
All I really want right now is Black Widow, a new style Cap, and whatever else looks cool when I actually see them in person.
