Yep, they are. There were six deluxe figure sets in all. As follows:
Series 1:
Blackbeard with Dual Cannons
Barbossa with Longboat
Sparrow with Paddy Wagon
Series 2:
Blackbeard with Double Cannons
Sparrow with Breakaway Longboat
Philip with Glass Coffin
Funny thing is, Blackbeard's cannons and the longboat from Series 2 are completely different molds than the Series 1 accessories. The Series 2 longboat splits in two, and the Series 2 cannons attach to either side of the bow (instead of sitting on the deck). It's also a bit amusing that they made the glass coffin but never made a mermaid figure...
