RoC Cobra Commander (well, PoC wave 1 Cobra Commander) is the Brazilian character Torak (from their 12" offerings) in my universe. There is apparently even some concept art somewhere from 2009 of an updated Torak design that is almost an exact copy of the RoC Cobra Commander, aside from the claw hand.

I have uses for most of the Joes that are not in reactive armor or accelerator suits.

-- Helix, Ice Storm, Bench Press, and camo/Pit Heavy Duty are unchanged.
-- Flash is an updated Flash using a head swap with the 25th figure.
-- Assault on the Pit Duke is Sokerk.
-- Jungle Assault Ripcord is Cool Breeze.
-- The TRU 3-pack Sgt. Stone is Lt. Stone.
-- Breaker and Cover Girl are different characters, but I've never really come up with names for them.
-- TRU 5-pack Repeater is Hardball.
-- TRU 5-pack Dial-Tone is Fiber-Optic.
-- TRU 5-pack Footloose was Lt. Claymore at one point.
-- TRU 5-pack Footloose with the Zartan MP head swap is/was Repeater.
-- At one point I was using the TRU Barbecue as TNT, but obviously that isn't necessary now that there is an official TNT.

Like MarkM mentioned, I use many of the Cobra army builders as Destro's troops, with the Eels as Undertow and the MARS troopers/officers as lower-level IG troops (below the Iron Grenadiers in rank). I was also using the Elite-Vipers for Destro, but I think I'll use them as Black Dragon troopers instead. Regular Viper Commandos and the Serpent Armor Commandos/Neo-Vipers are Iron Klaw's SKAR troops, while the Crimson Neo-Vipers are Cobra-La Royal Guard.

From the individual Cobras, I pretty much only use Cobra Commander (as Torak), the Doctor, Night Adder, and the TRU Firefly (as Ghost Bear). I was using the TRU 5-pack Duke as Black Out with a Resolute Duke head swap and Black Out's goggles, but again, that custom isn't needed anymore.

I liked a lot of the ROC figs. I use the accelerator suits as Stark Industries hardware that's sold for military applications. I'm always on the look-out for Duke/Ripcord reactive armor figs. Should've stocked up on them when they were readily available at Ross. They sport the best range of motion of any modern-era fig. A lot of the figs also had decent accessories, so I'll mix-and-match as needed.
