I love the theme of the set because the Eco Warriors presence. But that Lab Rat figure sucks, great idea but wretched outcome.

why the crap doesn't the figure doesn't come with an alternate head off the 30th Cobra to replicate the cartoon look? lame

I wouldn't call the figure a home run, but it is a nice figure and is a neat homage to an obscure character. I do think the blue is a bit too close to Cobra Commander, but it still works.

With Cess Pool being an FSS figure, he'd fit right in with this set, so it's making me want this set now since I'm getting the FSS figures. I was never big on the Eco-Warrior subteam, so I'll have to see what the rest of the set looks like. I think I'd have at least painted the dust mask black.

I wonder if they're doing the daily reveals this year (like last year) for the convention figures... it'd be nice to see another one today. The rest of the set has to be an improvement over this.

Whose legs are those? They aren't Ultimate CC but they look familiar.

Interesting. Somehow I was expecting the Lab Rats to look more like -- I don't know, test subjects or victims or something, not the scientists themselves. Personally, I prefer this. I mean, come on, Dr. Mindbender can't do it all himself. He's bound to need some help from time to time. This design works. And there is a fair resemblance to the animated Cobra lab personnel as shown by those images. I like these guys!

RoC Storm Shadow

I love this guy. I could find uses for them as-is, or with a few slight modifications, they'd be even more functional for a project I've been working on. If anything, I wish I could get more than the two that come in the set (without having to spend a zillion dollars, that is).

I don't like him

They should have definitely went with the darker Cobra blue.
Instead of Arbco just a Cobra logo.
The PoC/30th Cobra trooper torso would have been closer to the cartoon version.
He is a nice figure but not worth exclusive price. Retail price yes.

no new reveal yesterday, booooooo, failure!

If the reveals were everyday then we'd have a good indication of when registration would go up.

Since it seems the reveals (if get one today) are every-other day (every 3 days, when was Lab Rat revealed?), that means we're still a couple weeks from registration.

Looks like a mediocre custom.

I'd rather they'd made "Lab Rat" the good guy character from the GI JOE Action Star Cereal box story.
