I'm trying to compare between 2x of this set and the possibilities that many pieces would give to create various structures and Jabba's Sail Barge.

There will be as much plastic, if not more. I would say the size would be comparable.

This is the foundation wave. Wave 2 will have a lot of pieces that will really help you flush out your base and make it more unique. You will be able to use support columns instead of a full wall/floor for second story support.

Definitely interested in the preorder special package. Will you be offering a similar package for wave 2?

Are these going to be limited or will they be stocked and restocked after the first batch sells out? In other words, will we still be able to buy walls and floors from wave 1 once waves 2, 3, etc are released?

Got my 16 set package(8 each of the wall and floor sets) in today from smalljoes and WOW!!!

Made a quick 2-level structure to test things out using 8 of the sets(2 wall and 6 floor sets).

The night before Assembly Required, Spoon brought JM70 and I up to his room to preview some of the new bits they were planning on revealing the next day. Stair sets, a modular Bat-computer type setup, a robotic arm with mutliple points of articualtiona and different attachments, a modular multi-weapon system (gatling guns, missile pods, lasers), and more. Every time JM70 or I would go to suggest something, they would show us not only how they already thought of it, but 2-3 more things we hadn't even considered. The base parts are good and all, but next year when these attachments get released people will be kicking themselves for not picking them up sooner when they were cheaper. Take a look at the pics in the link and tell me that doesn't get your attention.
