The Snow Serpent is amazing. The face mask detail really sets it apart. You certainly should reconsider.

Anyone have any better pics of that Night Raven launch platform thing? It looks incredible. Who built it?

Funny story, that is.

I believe Charles (Raptor) and Sloppypantz slapped it together using parts from the freebie table last year (as mostly a joke).... and sloppy took it home, "tweaked" it, then painted it and brought it back this year.

The thing is badass.

Thanks for the link...that thing is insanely cool. What's used for the lifting mechanism? I can't tell. Is it part of a Havoc?

I believe it was Slopypantz, actually.

Also, the lifting mechanism was a Razorback and it was epic.

You are correct, now that you mention it. I'll edit my post.

COOL, thanks for the pictures of Wave 9. That is just an amazingly awesome wave. I've never thought of Bazooka as that big of a guy but it works. I love that Hawk and it seems like they are getting away from the cartooney/animated look for the headsculpts since both Bazooka and Hawk seem to have more realistic proportions.

I'm giving Night Force Cynic my personal commendation for most impressive group shot photo (no offense to the rest of you, good photos all).

Bazooka bigger than Roadblock -- not sure that's entirely appropriate. I WILL say that the "14" on that shirt looks a whole lot better than the really sloppy one I saw on a picture of a prototype a while back.

And I have to say, as a representative of the 25th line, that Bazooka is pretty impressive.

Wish I could've been there. Would've been cool to talk with Larry Hama again (an honor I finally had in 2004 after writing all those letters to the comic book over the years). And personally, I'd've been especially interested in the exclusive figure. :-(

Serpentor's bigger than Roadblock is too. I think they just need to make a new Roadblock finally. The 1986 style one from wave 8 doesn't count since it uses the same underwhelming RB as a base. They need to sculpt a new Roadblock that's as mammoth as it needs to be finally.

That's it. I not messing around anymore. I'm putting it in writing. Next year, I will be there. That looks like it was so much fun.
