And for a Darth Vader! I don't have one of those! If they're gonna charge that much, you'd think there'd be something worth that kinda cash in the package--something new, character wise or something creative...but no, just the same crap as always.

Worst thing they ever did was give up on continuing with the comic two-packs. There was too much GOLD that we could have gotten from them instead of rehashing the same tired figures from the OT characters. Luke is to Star Wars, what Snake Eyes is to GIJOE. Now they've gone the way of the old Atlantic monochromatic figures...pity.

I just got that Vader today, for 10 bucks at my wal-mart. I'm not a big SW collector, to begin with. I wouldn't get any more, for that price.

My Walmarts don't carry the black series OR Marvel Infinite. Maybe they already knew about the price hike back then.

It's worse for Marvel figures!

MSRP now stands for Manufacturer's Sanity-Reduced Price.

The biggest shame of it is that the MU line has yet to really be worth its retail price imho. The line has been a rip-off from the get-go because the *sole* effort ever put into improving the line was in bringing BFS to do various headsculpts. Minimal effort at accessorization, universally the worst joint engineering in any Hasbro line ever, and no coordination of the line with anything else including itself (seriously, how damn hard is it to give the FF matching uniforms, or give Ghost Rider A FRIGGIN' MOTORCYCLE TO RIDE YOU COLOSSAL MORONS???).

Once I leave Hasbro, I really doubt I'll ever come back.

They're out of their freaking minds. Boy, am I glad there's nothing I can think of in Marvel Universe or Star Wars 4" that I have any interest in.

Think they're jacking it up in anticipation of the next Avengers and Star Wars movies?

I'm wondering what's going to happen to the 6" lines now... SHEESH!

Dc figures went to $12.99 at my local Target, so most likely they'll go up wherever you all are too
