since I've never been able to play the stupid game , I just use the GIJoe Battleground wiki to look at the cards as they're added, so far it's BC Bazooka, two Roadblocks, the above Brawler, and [for some reason] the PoC Alley Viper. Tiger Flint was added back in July long before this TF vs PP event. I want to see the art for Python Patrol characters, the only Lamprey so far is the gray/blue DOCI version.

But they haven't yet uploaded Tiger Force Duke's card so can anyone tell me if his hair is brown in the card art too like it was on the figure? (That annoyed me when I was a kid so my mother had to paint his hair blonde with her craft paints because at 7 years old I wasn't yet using real paint.)

Despite the name of the event, there are no Python Patrol cards. Lamprey uses art based on the 2000 RAHC figure for the Rare version of the card and from the Defense of Cobra Island set figure for the Epic version of the card. The Legendary Serpentor card uses the 2002 RAHC figure for its art.

As far as I know, there is no Tiger Force Duke card in the game. The current event bosses are Bazooka, Big Brawler, and Roadblock. As you mentioned, there is a Tiger Force Flint card that has been around since the game was launched. But I believe that covers all of the Tiger Force cards in the game to date.

I did finally capture the Big Brawler sub-boss this morning to go along with my five Roadblocks. I also got Battle Corps Bazooka via a trade and got my in-event reward Lamprey last night, so I now have at least one each of the event cards aside from the Serpentor.

I have captured exactly one Brawler and a handful of Hectors using flashbangs.

I'm almost all the way throuigh the lethal levels, so I'll replay a bunch of them to see if I can get more boss cards. But I may have to bust into my stun grenades if I want all of them.

Nope. But, if Mobage decides to go with a theme for this cycle of events like they did with Cobra-La, we might get more Tiger Force and/or Python Patrol cards soon. If so, it actually wouldn't surprise me to see Tiger Force Duke be the boss for the next Take Down event.

As cool as a Wreckage/Sabertooth card would be, my guess is it is unlikely as an event card since there aren't two obvious versions of the character to use for the art (though I suppose the 1988 prototype and the 2003 version could be the two versions). However, I could see the character potentially introduced as a new Common/Uncommon card.

Wait... How are you supposed to get a Lamprey? I've seen nothing of that guy anywhere.

Also, I'm getting tired if wasting my time. I've yet to capture that "LASER BLAST" Bazooka or Big Brawler. I've tried enough times to have a full Brawler by now. It's just pissing me off.

There's a 1-star Lamprey as an in-event reward (think I got mine around the 750,000 point mark), but the rest you get at the end of the event according to where you rank.

As for those in-event bosses, they are definitely tougher to get. Using flashbangs, I've snagged one each of 3-star Bazooka and Brawler and two 1-star Roadblocks. And I'd say I've tried more than 90 flashbangs on bosses in this event so far.

Fortunately I have a few hundred flashbangs left and a bunch of time to kill this weekend thanks to a cracked rib, so I'll just keep trying. If I don't have enough to fully promote each boss by tomorrow night, I'll break out the three stun grenades I've been sitting on.

Oh. So I'm not getting any then. Oh well. I've already lost interest in replaying these levels for no reason.

I've been playing this a lot less since I picked up KOTOR for ipad. It reminded me what a game is supposed to be like.

Don't be so sure, man. With the way they'll be distributed, i think it'd be pretty hard not to get at least one if you played at all.

Also, be sure to accept your ally points. I know I sent a bunch your and bithomas' way yesterday -- nabbed four Roadblocks using flashbangs!

I was up to eight roadblocks at one point but traded one away.

It's funny, because I wasn't sure how. Much I'd be able to play Sunday, so I used two stun grenades late Saturday to nab the two I'd need for a fully-promoted epic card. Then I nabbed three in a row after dinner and another after my kids went down, all on flashbangs.

Kind of wish I'd saved those stunners, now.
