Anyone who has the fertility idol temple trap deluxe set, how is the whip that's included? It looks like it's rubbery instead of soft molded plastic. As weird as it sounds, that would actually be what sells me on that set. I'd really like to have a whip that isn't molded plastic, and I definitely don't want the string whip that comes with whipping Indy.

Thought I'd toss this in here since it is the Indy figs in action. I'm blown away by how simple yet awesome this movie is.. heh

Hehehe, the ending made the whole thing great! It was well done all around though.

That was really well done. :-D I wanted to see Indy hanging off the grill.
Though I could have done without Chewie at the end- did nothing for me.

Tough I could have done without Chewie at the end- did nothing for me.

My thoughts exactly. Very cool, though I'd have preferred it without Chewie.

I thought it made it rather fun and worthwhile myself. I think I woud have hated it if it had stayed a straight run of the movie myself. I mean obviously from the title it was ment to be comedic.

Hey Lonnie,

The Indy figure with the swapable hands has the kind of whip you are looking for. Not a string, soft plastic, just as detailed.

Or at least mine does, if there are some differences in packaging.

If that guy's not working for Hasbro's PR department, he should be.

That was AWESOME! And I don't even like the Indy figures :)

Probot Productions did a bunch of SW vids several years ago - all commissioned by Hasbro & LucasFilm, so I'm sure the same thing happened for this Indy flick.

Stopped by my local Toys R' Us, and two Wal-Marts lastnight only to find that they have been all but completely wiped out of Indiana Jones product! 8-O

TRU only had 3 Mutt figures (1 w/jacket, 2 w/out), 1 Cairo Swordsman, and a single German Troop Car.
That was it. They were very well stocked just a week ago, now they're cleaned out.

Between the two Wal-Marts they had about a half-dozen Mutt figures, a few Cairo Swordsman figures, and 1 Monkey Man. No deluxe figures, no vehicles.
Both of these Wal-Marts were loaded the last time I was there, too.

I expected the Indy stuff to sell pretty well, but holy cow!
