Fall 20 code seems to be random.

I called their customer service yesterday to tell them that I didn't get my free shipping just the 20% off after my order of the 2 new dvd packs. She said that there was an error and that they would "expedite" it being corrected and send it up the chain to be fixed.

does HTS use USPS or UPS?

They use FEDEx to get the package to your local postal office then your local post office will deliver it.

Once your order is marked as shipped you can get the tracking number from the HTS website.

Then use that tracking number with this website:
https://spportal.fedex.com/sp/track

That will give you the true tracking of your package.

They really waste money. You think they'd ship my 3 orders together. Of course, had they cancelled my first order and had the coupon code worked properly, I only would have had to make one order anyway

Unfortunately my large order wasn't shipped yet. Only 2 seperate orders of HISS Tank + 4 figures & DVD Battles - Arise, Serpentor, Arise! shipped. Had to do it that way because if the error they were having.

Mine are already back in PA and the estimated arrival date has been changed from the 11th to the 9th (as I predicted)

I can't wait for these DVD sets. The first 2 I wasn't really excited about, but I am these and especially the last one...a chrome headed CC, an accurate jetpack, another CLAW, paratrooper and the last piece to my MASS device.

Now I just gotta wait til it comes out
