To me, many of the dumb vehicles back in the day had a certain charm to them. The buzz boar is moronic, but fun to poke at too, same with the pogo, funny and totally impractical but funny too.

On some of the vehicles mentioned, Mamba, Desert Fox, Vamp, Hiss, all of them seem a bit on the speculative side, but have tons of merits. I like 'em and compaired to the sillier vehicles they do look practical.

End of the day though, if I wanted 100% military accurate I'd collect BBI and 21st centruy (which I have a few, but not my main focus). I collect for fun, nothing more.

The Buzz Boar is a perfectly practical vehicle if your goal is to make a crowd of civilians crap themselves and stampede. Also good for chewing thru a zombie horde. If your goal is to not be vulnerable to tipping over if you hit a pothole, then you'll want something wider, lol.

...Or someone walking over to the side of you and pushing. Though I do love the Buzz Boar. Ever since the NES GI Joe game where it could climb up walls. That's right, they made it even more ridiculous.
