I managed to snag about ten figures at Target yesterday, was able to get most of what I wanted except for Destro. I did find one, lone Shipwreck which I was thrilled to see. I'm so confused on which figures are supposed to be out, was hoping to see a Hawk or the Doctor.

I did notice that my Cobra Commander figure has no hoses; anyone else see this/have this problem?

Has anyone found anything at Walmart or Kmart yet? I'm at the beach and they are my only two options until I get back home on July 12. I don't feel the need to drive out to them and then waste an hour just sitting in traffic back into town if I am going to return empty-handed.

My Wally has 'em in the back, marked with a street date of July 10th. I have yet to see anything out on a shelf anywhere.

I didn't even try looking for stuff this weekend. Figure I'll see it all in good time. :-)

I'm anxious to see the toys...excited about them...but I call total BS on the pricing. When Mattel can keep the price of basic Hot Wheels cars at a buck or less for umpteen years running, yet Hasbro bumps their Joe figures up 40-60% in two years...yeah, I call BS. :shifty:

Since I have read that you guys have been finding Cobra Commander and Scarlett in her impact armor at Target, I decided last night to give it a looksie...the Joe section at the 4 I went to were completely empty. Today I went to 1 Target and the guy was stocking...I was talking to him about it and he let me take a peek at the cases..he said they didn't have enough to put out the endstand he needed too and said that maybe sometime this week..he had Alpha, Echo and Bravo Vehicles...still in cases...the single packs...well, they had all the ones we had at TRU.

I know that the Target Exclusives will always be there because they order so many. Also, I am wondering if because TRU has the exclusive Firefly and Barbque if CC and Scarlett are taken out of that case and replaced.

I just want to know what cases Hawk, Agent Helix, Flash, CC, Doctor Lewis, and Scarlett in that armor is in.

I am not going to play the E-bay game...I just want these figures and that's that. Anyone find these and want to trade I will be more than happy to snag a Firefly and Barbque exclusive for them

I found a bunch at Target and TRU near Pittsburgh, PA, this afternoon. They look nice enough, but given the prices, the packaging style, and the sculpt, I don't see myself buying very many, if any at all.

BBQ and Firefly came together in 1 box, 6 of each with a separate skn # at the local TRU here. 6 each to the case. I don't think they will be too tough to find.

Found some today. Had to pass on quite a few because of funds, but I got 2x armored Dukes 2x armored Scarletts, 1 Coat SE and 1 unmasked SS. I'm typing up a mini-review and will post it soon - it'll be from a fodder/custom potential perspective for those who are interested.

Bucky, I put those cases out myself...there were 1 or 2 per case.

I went to Target today. They had the more common ones, no Helix wave. I broke down. I couldn't resist. If I had the cash, I would have bought one of just about every figure except for the black spandex Duke I saw. I think the Snake Eyes looks a lot cooler in person. I wound up buying Destro, Viper Commando, Heavy Duty and the Steel Crusher. Destro is probably the best figure of that character ever made. I loved the Viper Commando in pictures, opened it, wasn't too into it, but after messing around with it, I like it a lot. The Steel Crusher is just plain awesome. The Nitro Viper isn't that great of a figure, but I didn't buy it for that, anyway. I hate these prices, but I'm weak. These figures have a better range of motion in the arms than the 25th figures. I'm pretty impressed, and pleased.

TRU had loads of stuff today.

Snagged a couple of Steel Crusher humvees for the drivers. I'll see if I keep the vehicles or not once I open them.

for bbq and firefly?
the one case of figures that my tru actually showed me (didn't have them on the shelf) had 6 of each in the box. I pulled each one and looked at it hoping it was something different.

that's strange.

What is the price point on the steel crushers?

It's a crazy $35 at TRU in Canada.

More than I'm willing to pay - but I really really want one

Ugh.

I'm really hoping much like Human Alliance Bumblebee, Wal-Mart will sell the Alpha and Bravo class vehicles for a considerable amount less than TRU (for the record, Human Alliance Bumblebee costs $50 at TRU and Zellers, and 40$ at Wal-Mart).
