I found Austin this morning, and almost grabbed Jericho as well.

I like these and thought about starting to grab a few here and there of my favorites, but I was hoping someone more in tune with them can answer a few questions.


1. I remember hearing Jakks lost the license after this year or something? Does that mean that after the next couple of waves, this line is done for?

2. Are classic characters going to be in the line, or is it just current superstars?

It's been my understanding that Mattell is getting the WWE license but I think Big_Tex_Wild_Phil knows for sure.

Razor Ramon is being released in the next wave, and I believe they had protos for Piper and Honkey Tonk man shown a year ago too.

JAKKs' license expires the end of next year. WWE and them have been to court a few times, for what specific reason I don't know, add that JAKKs went ahead and penned a deal with UFC and TNA as soon as WWE went with Mattel and you now see that WWE wont be signing with JAKKs for a while.

And yes Mattel is getting the lisence. I dont know what mattell will do with the lisence or anything like that, but I am sure it will be along the lines of what we have been seeing lately. I am sure it will be alot of reused parts.

The only one I remember is bret hart who was supposed to be in series 3. Who knows why he wasn't.

Which is funny because I don't remember Piper but I remember Honkey Tonk Man and The Rock. Between the 3 of us we might all be right.

The gist of it was that Classic wreslters, ala Stone Cold, would be interjected into the line one per wave.

The Rock is definitely a welcome addition to the line. Brett Hart, not so much.

Please, please, please, please do Flair. Classic BnB will kill me. I got out of the Wrestling Classics line because of space but a 3 3/4" version will fit fine.

I got myself a Steve Austin for Xmas. Pretty cheap price for K-Mart: only $7.39 (I think the MSRP is $7.99) I only really wanted the belt. Pretty cool figure, eventhough I'm not a fan of all the articulation. Weird head always want to look up and the feet always want to point down. The removable knee pads are pretty cool as well as Austin's knee braces

They had most of series 2 (except Misterio), all of Series 4 and one from Series 1 either Cena or the other Batista

I just won the mini-ring off eBay and will try to get the new larger one as well

I stumbled into one of those seasonal KBs in the mall last sunday and they were 40% everything. I picked up Deuce, Domino, The Miz and John Morrison... I have no clue who the first three guys are but for a little over 4 dollars a pop, thye are great for customs.

I also got the cheap style JvsC Televiper single carded figure. Its funny that he has the 25th anni card art.
