Wave 3.5 found at TRU

Checked my TRUs earlier this week. At one -- one Duke. Not a case -- one Duke. This after just a few days prior, when they'd clearly had some of the new figures, but didn't have anyone left that I wanted. The other one had two Roadblocks. I have no idea if they'd gotten any new figures in. Bizarrely, they'd moved the Joe stuff to an end cap.

This is depressing. I want Kwinn, a couple'a Data-Vipers, and that Ultimate Cobra Commander -- while there's still a chance.

I went ahead and ordered Kwinn, Budo, and Blind Master when they popped up on Hasbro Toy Shop...my TRU has always been ridiculous. They stocked almost no Joes between ROC and Retaliation. I don't know if their employees got them or what, but I never found the 30th Anniversary or cartoon figs there (Target was good for those!). Of course did I read correctly that Target wasn't getting the new waves?

Someone reported that Smalljoes sent out an email regarding Wave 3.5 that says the following:

comic categories to see what is still available. They are very small
print runs. We usually got only 3-4 copies of each special cover (and that
was when Diamond's warehouse staff wasn't stealing them from our orders.)

Other new selections at the site include new listings for GI JOE club and
convention exclusives, a lot of carded Battle Corps figures from the early
90's, and a variety of carded GI JOE vs. COBRA, Spy Troops, and Valor vs.
Venom from 00's.

I'm just wondering about the Night Viper. That one is becoming the hardest to get out of all of these.That's wave 4 and beyond HasbroToyShop having it up only to sell out in just a few minutes, a few people offering cases, and SmallJoes having a set of the 3 from that wave for more than I want to pay, I'm not seeing any sign of it becoming plentiful. It looks like that will be the scalper bait of all of these. I hope somehow stores get these.

Respectfully, that's SmallJoes. I like SmallJoes, but they're not Toys R Us, or even BigBadToyStore or EntertainmentEarth. I would suspect they're a pretty low priority on Hasbro's radar, which is unfortunate.

Target has allocated no space for G.I. Joe in their latest reset. Of course the number of action figure lines they've done this to is shocking. When's the last time you saw a Ben 10 or Halo figure in there? I wouldn't say they're picking on G.I. Joe. Personally, as cliche as it sounds, I blame the economy.

And agreed about the Night-Viper. I'd like him, too, but right now, I'll settle for who I know is out.

I ordered the set of three from Smalljoes. Trust me, it was more than I wanted to pay too but darn it I went for it anyway. The whole wave is going to be super scarce. Night Viper will be mythical for army builders.

My 2 local Walmarts just reset and there isn't any space for Joes at all in the new plangram.

That doesn't suprise me at all, my local store has such a crappy selection for Joes, but those stupid Iron Man 3, Spidey, Superman and TMNT sections are peg warming, hardly nothing for Star Wars, still no Duck Dynasty either.

I didn't think WM was going to carry the movie line past wave 2. :-(

Also still no new figures or a restock of figures period, shamefull.

They Did have 4 Tomahawks, though.

They started showing up in TRUs in the Nashville area. I found a partial box in Bellvue and was told they were sighted up in Clarksville.
