Mod speak: I get the frustration, it is a toy forum after all and hits close to home, but that’s enough politics talk.

I'm gonna tread the thin ice, and hopefully avoid the political part...

Whatever happens, I hope the small companies like Marauder find a way to weather this. With the dismal offerings from the big companies, these small outfits like Marauder and Boss Fight are the best things out there right now. Not quite sure how much I'd be enjoying the hobby without them. So, hearing them having to eat some of these costs is painful.

Hey "Marauder Fighting 783!"

We are working daily with the factory, have folks at the factory overseeing production and are closely involved with all production aspects of our MTF WWII series. We are dealing with 7 all new fully articulated body designs, dozens of weapons and hundreds of new accessories & body parts. Vast majority of items are going smoothly, which is a testament to our designers and engineers. There are slight concerns regarding some weapons, a handful of accessories and some VERY intricate camo paint patterns. Solving those production issues could take a short time and allow us to hit our planned ship date. Or it could be a longer delay, which would result in a later ship date. We had held off posting an update until we had some actual information for our supporters...but we do not know yet how long a delay, if any, is in store. As of now, we still plan to air ship all the items into our domestic facility by mid August & ship out reward packages to our supporters in late August. Also, we have not posted images of the first production items because the colors were wrong (very slight color variances). Posting product images that didn't accurately reflect the final production colors would have just created unwarranted supporter concerns.

To summarize, we are dealing with any issues encountered during the production process as they arise. Some concerns are more complex than others and there may or may not be a delay. Regardless, any delay would be measured in WEEKS and NOT YEARS. Will post another update as soon as we get more up to date info.

Thanks again for your support!

Not the worst news in the world, now that I'm out of a job. Hopefully I'm employed again before these are available online.

Too Long; don’t want to read - Slight few weeks delay longer.

Quote:
We are in daily communication (often, several times a day) with our factory concerning our MTF WWII figures and accessories. The vast majority of our figures and accessories are either complete or soon will be. A small handful of accessories and the intricate paint scheme for the Panzer Grenadier are the holdup. Correcting the accessory issues just takes time and our factory is getting an all new "cutting edge technology" paint machine to handle the intricate paint applications for the Grenadier. Unfortunately, this means we won't have all the items by mid August and will miss our scheduled end of August ship date.

Our original Marauder Task Force figure release was just 1 (ONE) body design, our Val release was just 1 (ONE) body design and our Contract/Agency Ops release was just 3 (THREE) all new body designs. Contrast those releases with the MTF WWII series with an astounding 7 (SEVEN) ALL new body styles. Each all new body style was successfully tooled, engineered and resolved any "fit & function" features (not to forget the hundreds of new accessories & dozens of new WWII weapons). Considering everything we have completed and issues resolved to this point, to have the release of the entire project delayed due to some accessories and a paint job on just one figure design is most upsetting.

The delay will be a few weeks, with the chance the delay could be less time than we estimate or possibly a little more. To avoid any further supporter disappointment, we will not announce another planned ship date. We will post a HUGE update when the reward packages ship. As soon as we get "all" of any one figure style, will post images. The Kickstarter reward packages will ship when we receive ALL items. Sorry, multiple partial order shipments are not an option.

Thanks again for the support!

And at some point hopefully these will be able to be purchased individually later on...

Hey "Marauder Fighting 783!"

We are receiving a steady flow of MTF WWII figures and accessories. We are still waiting on several KEY accessories, most of the new heads and the incredibly complex Panzer Grenadier. We are preparing our warehouse pick locations in anticipation of the Kickstarter reward fulfillment and for the regular website release. We received requests to post some "inside the shipping carton" images and some production accessories. So randomly grabbed a couple boxes and some of the accessories currently getting sorted.

As with most of our earlier releases, we will hold off on detailed images until the items are shipping. We like to keep the surprise of order opening intact for our Kickstarter supporters. Besides, at the moment, we don't have all the parts to any specific figure version to show a complete figure & gear load-out. Posting headless bodies with "most" of their gear would not do the figures & accessories justice.

We are in STAND-BY mode to ship the Kickstarter reward packages as soon as we get everything. Whether everything arrives next week or in a few weeks...we are ready to pull the trigger. As always, thank you for your patience and will announce when we start shipping with a HUGE Kickstarter announcement.

Thanks for your support!

Came across an old bag of guns from their initial offerings this weekend when sifting through eBay fodder and what to keep. They've come a long way from when they first started out.

I was thinking about this the other day, too: I noticed that the phone number on my account was still from back when I lived in Chicago almost 15 years ago, and I remember ordering a set of the first series of weapons and being so excited that some enterprising hobbyist had found a way to get them produced. I never guessed that same company would be putting out some of the best figures on the market years later. The ability to read the marketplace and astoundingly good customer service worked in this case!

Hey "Marauder Fighting 783!"

The update is the same as the last update...we are still waiting on some key items to arrive from the factory. Most figure versions are missing at least one key accessory and we are missing several of the new heads. The missing items are either some of the last to be produced OR an item that needed adjustment. We are ready to go, so as soon as the final missing items arrive...we ship!

Here is an image of the Japanese Army NCO figure with the new Light-Tan Asian skin tone. He has the US Army Japanese Soldier "Lee" head in the image since we are still waiting for the Japanese Ryu head to arrive. We hope you like it!

As soon as all stock arrives, we will close the website down for the duration to devote ALL resources to processing & shipping out the Kickstarter orders as QUICK AS POSSIBLE.

The goal is for our NEXT Kickstarter update to be the "Launch Operation Overlord" MTF WWII invasion announcement!

Thanks again for your support & patience!
