It’s good to see these are closer to being done. I just wished EF was closer. At this rate I’ll have great grand kids by the time they arrive and I ain’t even got grand kids yet

I'm wondering about limb-swapping Dargon and Beardo beneath him to get white-limbed, black boot/gloved Dargon and two Lieutenants with black limbs and blue boot/gloves. Then paint the red guy's skin green to make him a second son for Spydrax. I don't see this line upscaling to get us the RiderBugs, although I think there's a decent chance of a second wave of repaints with maybe new headsculpts. I think the Captain Action line is gonna be one-and-done; although the molds will probably show up again under a different license.

So, storywise I'm thinking to connect the two 'canon' together; and then fold them into my overall Asunderverse. Strap in, and let's give this a spin:

Captain Action and his pals Jackson and Jet are independent espionage operatives in 1964, fighting his Evil Fascist Clones (I'll try to paintmatch the purple and gray CA skintones to CEvil and fudge the chest sigils somehow) when some Evil Fascist Machine goes kablooey thanks to the Action Trio's intervention and all six of them are flung to a world in a pocket universe (the other two guys in the CA line will be customs fodder, I guess) where insectotechnology rules.

There, the Action Trio meet Prince Dargon and his buddies, who fight against the rule of Spydrax and his sons; usurpers of Dargon's father's throne. The fight goes on for a few years and comes to a head in the Hive's deep innards where the technomystic engines that power Spydrax' rule sit. In the melee another kablooey happens and now all 12 arrive on modern-day Earth...

I'm preparing to move by the end of the year.... I will have had to change my shipping address with them... 3 times.

I figure these and EF will eventually make it to those who bought in. I must say my excitement for these are gone. Should have saved my money and used it on the MTF KS. We know they deliver.

Yeah, same here. Of the several Kickstarter figure campaigns around that time, Eagle Force was the one I was most excited about. Now, I guess I'll be happy when I get them, but my interests have changed just enough that I don't really know what I'll do with these other than be happy that some cool-looking figures got produced. Their lack of updates is kind of a bummer, too: the HellScreamerz production process hasn't been completely smooth, either, but that guy is pretty good about letting people know where it's at, and I've at least seen some evidence of actual production pieces. I'm not worried about never getting the EF figures; I'm just worried that I'll get them and throw them right into a box until I come up with a custom idea that uses one of their parts.

Jeeze you people are fickle. Sure MTF deliver - after running off an entire production batch that had to be trashed after being sent Stateside and having to be refunded entirely out of MJ's pocket and setting back the entire run *AND* the BossFight KS run by who even cares how many months (was it years?) long now that they have their beloved toys that were made well, a setback that is still to this damned day having ripple effects on all these companies timetables?

"The factory tells me the figures will be shipped by November 14th, which will put them in my warehouse around the middle of December."

Well, I had issues with the way EF was handled anyway. Instead of just modernizing Eagle Force, FMF decided they had a "vision" and had to create a whole fan-fiction universe. As a poster on Facebook put it, "I wanted Striker, not his son. I wanted the characters I remember." They also decided not to use the gold uniforms and instead gave them regular uniforms which didn't distinguish them from MTF or others. Now that might have worked if they hadn't encountered so many problems and delays. With their brilliant plan of spreading out the classic characters a few at a time among the different Kickstarters (and making the original characters geriatric), people are wondering if they'll ever see all of the characters in a reasonable amount of time and, if they aren't, why should they bother supporting any more EF campaigns?

Lol, there are people that care about 80s Eagle Force canon and they're enough to support a revival toyline without drawing in other collectors.

OK. If you're going to call something "Eagle Force", how about making it actually resemble Eagle Force. LOL :-|
