I've been wanting to post this since Keenan started his thread but only now after we've moved into our first house can I properly display (most) everything. So here goes.

I've been wanting to properly display the Sideshow Cobra Throne since I got it. Now that I have a Joe room (that I share with my lady) I can put this on display with the SDCC Cobra Commander and my Crimson Guards.
Image

My most recent Sideshow GI Joe acquisition, the Recovery at Serpent Temple diorama. Got this using my Rewards points and on sale so it only cost me about $40 with tax and shipping. I've displayed it next to the Cobra Throne because it is too tall to put anywhere else. Alongside are my custom Cobra Jungle Vipers and my latest custom, Skullbuster (thread coming soon)
Image

In keeping with the diorama theme this is the Sideshow Urban Threat dio complete with makeshift nuclear bomb. Firefly, the Cobra Sniper and my custom Shadow Viper are here getting ready to blow the place up.
Image

The Desert Weapons Cache diorama is probably my favorite even though I don't really care one way or another for desert troops. They're cool and all but I'm more of a winter ops fan. Anyway, I've got Dusty and Sandstorm here busting in on some Cobra Desert troops checking their stash of guns. Had to take 2 shots because I couldn't get a good one of all the detail in one shot.
Image
Image

And finally here are my Cobra Blueshirts, Vipers and the first Cobra Commander.
Image

The Joes don't get left out either. This is my customs shelf so far with Rock 'n' Roll v.2, Chuckles, Hawk v.1 (who will be getting an update soon) and Falcon using the exclusive headsculpt.
Image

This is the first of 2 regular Joe shelves. I haven't set up the second one yet. This one is Rock 'n' Roll, the new Commando Snake-eyes, Stalker and Falcon.
Image

And the PIT diorama with General Hawk, a quick Beachhead bash using the exclusive headsculpt and my Sparks custom in the background.

And now the non-GI Joe portion of my collection.

My Sideshow Star Wars Obi-wan shelf. The Clone Armor Obi-wan is the figure that got me started in 12" collecting. It was all downhill from there.
Image

I really like Commander Cody and the 212th so they get their own shelf.
Image

I have too many Iron Man figures to display right now so this is a temporary display that will be rotated around. I have the Hot Toys Hall of Armor on order so that will be going up with all the armors when it arrives.
Image

The Avengers! (Hulk coming soon)
Image

Asgardians. I put the Avengers Loki up here because I think he fits better with these two than with the Avengers figures.
Image

The top shelf of my Detolf holds the X3 Wolverine.
Image

Next shelf is the Hot Toys Rescue Captain America on his motorcycle. I'd like to customize the bike a bit eventually.
Image

Below that is my Star Wars Grand Admiral Thrawn on his command chair.
Image

And the bottom shelf of the Detolf has Superman.
Image

I also have a Helicarrier command deck display with Fury, Coulson and a couple others that I need to photograph. And I have a Batman shelf set up too that I'll get to eventually. Didn't want to post everything all at once.

I didn't realize sideshow made so many figures. These are great.

Here are some updates and new photos of stuff I hadn't unpacked yet. First the updates.

This past week I added the new Sideshow Yoda figure to my collection. For the moment he's on my Obi-wan shelf.
Image

This my GI Joe customs shelf with "blonde" Hawk. I got a second Hawk head and painted it blonde to match the v.1 figure. The rest is the same.
Image

I had to move my Jungle Vipers shelf...
Image

And Urban Vipers shelf...
Image

To make room for the Avengers with Hulk. This guy stands about 16 inches tall. He's frelling HUGE and I love it.
Image

And you can't have the Avengers without S.H.I.E.L.D. This is my Helicarrier display. I used a second Sideshow GI Joe Pit diorama for the command deck and I think it works. A custom Maria Hill figure stand on the command platform. Nick Fury is there with his Tesseract case. Tony Stark is standing by with his armor bracelets and he's got the Mark IV "stealth" armor in a case behind him. And of course the man himself, Agent Coulson is there ready for action.
Image

Rounding off my Sideshow G.I. Joe collection are Flint, Duke and Beachhead...
Image

Zartan and the Black Dragon Ninjas...
Image

And Storm Shadow, a Red Ninja and 2 Ninja Vipers.
Image

And finally my Batman display. This is a 3rd party Batman Armory that I need to add some additional weapons to, with the DX12 body in the case. Gordon is the Hot Toys head and a slim HT body with a PIRP "Inspector" outfit and the half Batman mask from Hot Toys Bane.
Image

I shot a picture of my HT Snake-eyes and Storm Shadow but Joe Colton is coming this week so I'm going to hold off on posting that picture until he arrives. Sideshow Major Bludd is coming this week too so he'll be added into the display... somewhere. And I have some more custom figures that I need to straighten out and photograph. But I can't update it all at once or else you'd all lose interest. Gotta keep something back to you'll come look at my stuff again.

I didn't know Sideshow made this much stuff, either. I am hugely impressed. I wish I could afford some of it myself, but just no way.

That Superman reminds me of a Superman statue I saw many years ago on a wonderful trip to London, at Madame Tusseaud Wax Museum. Only difference is they had him bursting up through the floor on a stairwell. Pose was about the same, though.

I've got a fair number of 12" G.I. Joe figures, all Hasbro. Quite a lot of them are based on the 3-3/4" characters, some are the more standard Joes. One of my favorites is the 12" Crimson Guard the Club did. I think the pride of my collection are the Civil War figures Hasbro did a number of years back. I also have the Revolutionary War Minuteman, and George Washington around here someplace. Also Bob Hope. Somebody's gotta entertain all these troops.

Love seeing these, and that 12" Storm Shadow reminds me of exactly why I thought he was awesome as a kid. That's how I thought the small figure looked when I played with him.

Added a few figures to the shelves and shot a couple photos of how the built in shelves fit in the room.

Sideshow Major Bludd arrived and found his new home on my Cobra Urban shelf.
Image

Keeping in the G.I. Joe theme is my Retaliation shelf with Storm Shadow, Joe Colton and Snake-eyes. Can't wait for Roadblock to arrive.
Image

Dug out my Pepper Potts figure and added her to the S.H.I.E.L.D. shelf next to Tony. Pepper is the ZCToys Peyton head and clothing on a Triad small bust body. I'll be upgrading her to the Kumik head as soon as I budget the funds for it.
Image

Added Bruce Wayne to the Dark Knight shelf. He appears to be presenting the Batsuit to someone, but who?
Image

Captain America shelf with both "versions" of Red Skull. I have a civilian Steve Rogers all worked up just waiting on a head.
Image

And a couple shots of the built in shelves along the ceiling of our hobby room. The shelves are adjustable and make for some great displays. I need to decide how I want to light them and then figure out how to do it.

My current Hot Toys Avengers set up. I received my exclusive Battle Damaged Mark VII and swapped out the regular Mark VII for it. I put Hulk on the Chitauri base as it appears to be molded to fit his feet and he stands more stable on it.

Did a little changing up to put up the new Iron Man Hall of Armor display.

Image

My Mark II is in the Gantry display on another shelf and I don't own a Mark III so I put up the 2 War Machine figures in their place. I think they give the display a little more variety than the standard 1-7 armors.

Image

For some reason the pictures I took of this center section came out blurry. Not sure if that's due to the acrylic covers on the front of the displays or not. But you get the drift of how it looks.

Image

And the other end. I took the regular Mark VII out of my Avengers display when I got the Battle Damaged version so the clean Mark VII is in it's proper home in the display.

Image

I also just got the exclusive and expensive Mark XXI "Midas" figure. I used some Sideshow Rewards points to help offset the sticker shock. That said I think this figure is gorgeous and as I have him set up on top of the Hall of Armor I think he makes for an impressive display. I think I'll be adding the other IM3 armors to the display alongside Midas.
