Does anyone have a current total head count on the number of indvidual GI Joe figures produced in the line including significant variants? Best yet, with individual totals for ARAH, Collectors Edition, VvV, 25th, etc or perhaps "Grand total as of year ####" for each year?

If not, would some of you guys mind helping me come up with such a count today?

Thanks,

David

It gets hard :shifty:

Are you counting con exclusives, lame con exclusives (DeSimone, Swamp Rat), cool con exclusives (Canuck), foreign, etc?

Once you think you've found that last figure, the door opens up to the next level of hell.

The only one I'm on the fence about is the 1994 con exclusive, otherwise, I'm just interested in american national releases and on-line store/HTS exclusives including variants from 1982 - 2006.

There used to be a website that kept up with the counts but I can't recall which one it was.

Thanks for replying and pulling this thread from the gutter. 177 views and no replies :-(

Define "variants."

Otherwise, you could just look at joeindex or yojoe or whatever and get the totals.

But once you throw in "variants," it's all up for debate.

propadeutic used to have a well detailed list but I'm not sure that information is readily available on his new, still under construction site, http://www.halfbattle.com.
