I'll be honest, I was a little reluctant about getting this set (sorry Scramble but Backstop/tank didn't appeal to me), but I think I'm now SOLD (slave to packaging!). I only hope I'm among the first 100 in line May 2nd.

Normally I'd agree 100%. I LOATHE boxes.

But since this one didn't add $50 to the price of the set I don't mind it so much. The set is a freakin bargain.

And you can't deny that it's a thing of beauty all together. The total presentation is OUTSTANDING.

I agree Viperlord on this. Normally I'd say save the box and just give me the toys. With the vehicles included in it and all of the paperwork, a box actually makes all of it easier to carry around.

I don't know how much this box cost to manufacture, but since it looks pretty simple in comparison to the SDCC exclusive and past MC sets I'm going to guess it is less then either of those.
